H.M.P for homeless Britain
Joshua Simpson, 25, who has no fixed address and is part of the indigenous population, was informed today that he will likely find a new residence in H.M.P. after being convicted of participating in a riot where a hotel housing migrants was set on fire. However, he will not be provided with a cell phone, free trainers, or 4-star accommodations.
