Islam is not a race

Any country in the world would fight to free its citizens if they were abducted from its own territory, and I am certain of that. Every nation should be supporting such efforts. Just yesterday, both an American and a German citizen were among those killed. Using this situation to call for a ban on any arms is unacceptable. That said, I hope Mr. Netanyahu is thoroughly investigated to ensure he did everything possible to protect his citizens; I cannot shake the feeling that he did not. Hamas should never have been able to walk through an open door—they proved their status as terrorists by doing so. As for the UK government, it is guilty of prejudice, failing to recognize that Muslims are not a race but a religious group, which makes the UK government racist.
